Space Night

Oakland’s Space Night 2002 was sponsored by the Education Enrichment Foundation. Students participated in a fun-filled night of space-related activities. This event was held as part of National Space Week through NASA.

Students launched model rockets that they built prior to the event.	Parents and students made “whirling wonders” as part of the “flying things” event.
Parents and students made “things with wings” as part of the “flying things” event.	Students and parents visited the portable planetarium.
